Read neutrally.

Why block letters? It was later added.
Why repeat? They didn't read it carefully.

What do I get from those occurrences?
When I read the text by Astro's Executive Director, I learned that the purpose of this contest is to dig hidden talents. It gives a good impression. Finally, they see the white light.

But reading the Terms & Conditions changed everything.

I wonder:
1 - The REAL purpose of the contest.
2 - What are they thinking when changing/adding the TNC.
3 - Who is actually in charge of the contest.

Usually I don't read the TNC. I read it this time because I noticed something fishy.
I don't know the word 'BERKIRA' in English, you may share the knowledge with me.
